By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in the version valid at the time of your purchase.

3. Placing an Order
The products displayed in our online store constitute an invitation to place an order and do not represent a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process and clicking the purchase button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is only concluded once we have confirmed your order or dispatched your goods.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any payments already made will be refunded promptly.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout before the order is completed.
The applicable price is the price shown at the time the order is placed.

Should an item become permanently unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Fux Jewellery until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
Customers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights applicable under the laws of their country of residence where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

13. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
