General Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched from Germany within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
All shipments include tracking and are sent via DHL/Deutsche Post GoGreen (occasionally PostNL).
Shipping costs are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination and are displayed transparently during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Express and special shipping options are excluded from free shipping.
Delivery Times
The delivery times stated above are non-binding estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or other external factors may occur and are beyond my control once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply (except USA – shipped DDP).
Undeliverable Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
Returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. In such cases, additional shipping costs must be covered for reshipment.
Shipments returned to me as undeliverable or uncollected will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately by email and include your order number.
Please retain the original packaging, shipping label, and photo documentation (if applicable) so that a damage claim can be filed with the shipping
